How to Use Greespi
Drop the sealed sachet into a glass of room-temperature water. While you prep your coffee, Greespi gently thaws.
Tear the edge of the sachet at the notch and pour the contents into a clean glass. It has the texture of thick yogurt.
Pour in 100–150 ml of water. The only rule: never use hot water (keep under 40°C / 104°F) to preserve all live enzymes. You are ready.
Your baseline: 2 sachets a day. During times of stress, recovery periods (including post-antibiotic), or strict diets, you can gradually increase to 4–5 portions. It does not overload your system.
Best taken in the morning on an empty stomach, or right after your first glass of warm water if that is your routine. Thaw a sachet mid-day as a clean snack, or if you missed your morning glass.
