User Guide

Delivery, storage, preparation, and safety.

1. Delivery & Inspection

Greespi is delivered frozen in a thermal box designed to maintain the required temperature during transit. Upon receipt, open the thermal box, check the condition of the product, and place the sachets in the freezer immediately.

• Inspection: Make sure the sachets are solidly frozen and the packaging is intact.
• Safety Protocol: If you find that the product has thawed, become warm, or the packaging is damaged, do not consume it. In this case, do not refreeze the product and contact our support team.

2. Storage Conditions

Store in a freezer at temperatures between −18 °C and −5 °C (0 °F to 23 °F). The shelf life is 12 months, provided the product is kept continuously frozen.

• Important: Refreezing after thawing is not intended, as it destroys the biological value.

3. Preparation

To preserve the product’s properties, follow these simple steps:

1. Place the desired number of sealed portion sachets in a glass of lukewarm water for 1 minute.
2. Tear them open along the tear line and pour the contents into a clean glass.
3. Add 100–150 mL (3.5–5 fl oz) of room-temperature or cooler water and mix. Your drink is ready.

Usage Variations

• Sorbet: Enjoy frozen without adding water.
• Smoothie: Add one serving to a vegetable or fruit smoothie.
• ⚠️ Temperature Limit: Do not heat above 40 °C (104 °F). Never use boiling water. High temperatures may reduce the activity of heat-sensitive bioactive compounds and enzymes.

4. Recommended Intake

Adults

Standard daily intake — 2 servings.

Choose the regimen most comfortable for you:

• Morning: 2 sachets immediately upon waking on an empty stomach.
• Split: 1 serving in the morning + 1 serving at lunch before food.
• Intensive: During periods of high physical exertion, protein deficiency, or recovery, the daily intake can be gradually increased to 5–6 servings.

Note: Transitioning to an intensive regimen is recommended after a period of metabolic adaptation — 1–2 months of standard intake.

Children Aged 6+

Standard amount — 1 portion sachet per day.

Can be mixed with water or juice.

Introduction into the diet of children under 6 years of age requires prior consultation with a pediatrician.

• Production Standards: Certified under GMP, ISO 22000, HACCP.
• International Certification: Official EU Organic, Halal, and Kosher status.
• FODMAP Friendly: Official FODMAP Friendly certification.
• Independent Testing: Quality and safety are verified by the independent European laboratories SGS Greece SA and Q-lab Thessaloniki, accredited to ISO 17025.
• Allergen & Component Testing: Laboratory testing did not detect 12 specified allergens and components, including gluten, lactose, soy, nuts, eggs, and seafood.
• Purity (Clean Label): No added sugar, yeast, preservatives, stabilizers, or antibiotics.
• Pregnancy & Lactation: Given the high nutrient density of the product, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider prior to use.
• Precautions: Contains naturally occurring phenylalanine and iron. Not suitable for individuals with phenylketonuria (PKU) or hemochromatosis.
• Individual Sensitivity: Do not consume if you have a rare individual intolerance to microalgae.

6. Packaging & Sustainability

• Thermal Box & Sachets: Materials are recyclable. Please sort waste according to your local regulations.
• Cooling Elements: Made from safe, food-grade, non-toxic components. Reusable and suitable for refreezing.
• Disposal: If you do not plan to reuse them, dispose of them as general household waste.
• ⚠️ Important: The contents of the cooling elements are not intended for consumption.
• ⚠️ Safety: Packaging materials and cooling elements can pose a hazard. Keep them out of the reach of children and pets.
